Welcome to the Wayne State University Physician Assistant Studies (PAS) program, located on the medical campus of this nationally recognized research institution in Detroit, Michigan. Since admitting our first class in 1996, the program has grown into an established urban-based education and training program, focused on developing highly competent and deeply committed physician assistants. Primary care based, our program is full time and 24 months in length, and maintains continued accreditation through the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant.
